We have a short week this week!
With the colder temperatures inevitable, we would like to take this time to remind you that now is a good time to check over all your child(ren)’s winter gear for the upcoming season. In preparation for the winter recesses, we ask that your child has the following:
- A “winter” coat. Not a sweatshirt, as they become ineffective when they become wet from the snow.
- Insulated boots, not “mud” boots.
- A stocking hat that covers the ears.
- Snow Pants
- Insulated gloves. The “Finger gloves” are ineffective when they become wet with snow.
- Optional: Scarf or Facemask
Please double check that all zippers, straps, snaps, etc. are in good working order as well and everything fits properly.
We have funds and programs available to assist families that are in need of any winter gear, please contact the school, and we will confidentially make sure your child(ren) have all the necessary clothing to be safe and warm this winter recess season!
From ECFE: Reminder that we will meet at the Grygla Fire Hall tonight at 5:30 for our ECFE event! Please dress for the weather as we may be outside for demonstrations 🚒

Good Afternoon Charger Families. A reminder that tomorrow, Friday, October 6th, with be an Early Out. School will be dismissed at 1:50, with buses leaving at 2:00. The Chargers Homecoming Game will be at 3:00 in Goodridge.
There will be NO Morning Weight room on Thursday, October 5th.

The 7th grade made a quick trip to the Grygla Public Library today! They applied for library cards and Mrs. Saurdiff was very helpful. She told them about all the services the library provides.
