What's Happening in PE/Health:

Distance Learning is now underway and I hope it's going well for everybody. I've heard from a few students and parents who have shared pictures of them doing their daily exercises, keep it coming! Just a reminder for Elementary students to keep doing their daily exercises, which are in the packet that I sent home. You can return them with a parent signature to the school at any time that works best for you, so I know they've been completed, or email a picture of the signed workouts. 6th Grade and High School students should remember to check-in to Google Classroom everyday to see the daily workout and to post when they are done. This weeks workouts come from the "90 Days of Action" packet, and I am sharing the link below for your reference. Complete workouts "Day 6-Day 9' this week (April 6-April 9), one workout each day. No school on Friday and the following Monday! Hope all is well and stay fit!

I'm Brady Olson, I began teaching at Grygla School during the 2012-13 school year. I am also a 2007 graduate of Grygla High School. After high school, I attended NCTC-TRF for 2 years to obtain my AA degree and was also on the Men's Basketball Team. After NCTC, I transferred to BSU to complete my B.S. degree in Health and Physical Education. Besides teaching, I coach Football, Basketball, as well as Track and Field. In the summer I also lead the strength and conditioning program for high school students. My hobbies include spending time with family and my daughter, Haven. I also enjoy anything that involves sports, literally any sport.
