This week's recipe is for Ham Sliders. I chose this recipe because it’s super delicious and very easy to make! This recipe is something I got from my grandma, she started making this a long time ago and it's something we always look forward to having! It's great for family get-togethers, just to keep it simple and delicious!
1 pound of Deli shaved ham
1 pound of Swiss cheese thin sliced
1 stick of Butter
1 ½ tablespoons of Dijon mustard
1 ½ teaspoons of worcestershire sauce
1 ½ teaspoons of Minced Onion dried
1 12 pack of King’s Hawaian Original Sweet Dinner Rolls
Melt butter and mix in mustard, sauce and onion.
Cut the entire pack of rolls in half, horizontally (keep all top and bottom halves separate)
In a 9x13 inch pan, place the bottom half of the rolls and cover with ham and cheese.
Cover ham and cheese stacks with the top half of the rolls.
Drizzle butter mixture over top of rolls, making sure the onion is evenly distributed.
Refrigerate overnight. (optional)
Back uncovered at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes and, once finished, separate for serving.
